Are you a caregiver? You're not alone. Millions of Americans are providing informal, unpaid care to loved ones. Caregivers are vital. But the work can be isolating, demanding and stressful - especially now, during a global pandemic. A recent Health of America report from the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association found that caregivers have 26% worse health than non-caregivers.
