In collaboration with Health Care Service Corporation, the BCBS Institute® launched foodQ - a food delivery service targeting key ZIP codes in Chicago and Dallas that lack access to affordable, fresh food. The goal is to improve the health of those who live in these neighborhoods that qualified as food deserts.
